Arrested a thief who used an electric scooter to steal gold chains from elderly women

The Mossos d'Esquadra arrested on May 29 a thief who used an electric scooter to steal gold chains from elderly women, as the Catalan police have made public. The young man, 22 years old, committed the robberies in the Santa Eulàlia neighborhood of L'Hospitalet de Llobregat (Barcelonès).
