An out-of-control fire in Cáceres burns more than 2,000 hectares and forces the evacuation of six municipalities.
A fire that broke out yesterday afternoon in Cáceres remains out of control and has already burned 2,500 hectares. The fire, which continues to spread, has forced the evacuation of six municipalities, and four more are likely to be evacuated. Four hundred personnel are working to extinguish the fire, and the UME (Mechanical Emergency Unit) has been mobilized.
