The Supreme Court rejects Josep Costa's complaint against the TSJC judge who ordered his arrest.

The Supreme Court has rejected former Vice President of Parliament Josep Costa's complaint against Catalan High Court Judge Maria Eugenia Alegret for ordering his arrest in October 2021 when he failed to appear for questioning as a suspect for disobedience.
