The Spanish government is moving to force Junts to withdraw the proposal for a vote of confidence. Minister José Manuel Albares confirms to Europa Press that the Executive will adhere to a European protocol that allows Spanish courts to request advisory opinions from the ECHR on the interpretation of laws.
