The Prosecutor's Office requests that Leire Díez be investigated for attempted bribery of two prosecutors.

The Madrid Prosecutor's Office has asked the courts to investigate former PSOE member Leire Díez for allegedly attempting to bribe Anti-Corruption prosecutors José Grinda and Ignacio Stampa, Europa Press reports. Díez will now have to testify in a case involving the audio recordings in which he sought to uncover dirt on the UCO (Union of the Autonomous University of Catalonia).
