The PP's Autonomous Communities reject the Climate Emergency Pact proposed by the State

The environment ministers of the fourteen autonomous communities governed by the Popular Party have rejected the State Pact against the Climate Emergency proposed by the Government and have offered a National Agreement that responds to their "will for dialogue and commitment to climate action".
