The law to criminalize sexual content created with AI reaches Congress.

The Council of Ministers agrees on a second round Law on the Protection of Minors in Digital Environments which, among other things, criminalizes the creation of sexual content using artificial intelligence that simulates a person engaging in sexual or degrading behavior. The law therefore reaches Congress.
