Judge Vicente Ríos has denied the opening of oral proceedings against Mónica Oltra and 14 other defendants in the investigation into the alleged cover-up of sexual abuse suffered by a minor under the guardianship of the Valencian Government and committed by Luis Eduardo Ramírez, the ex-husband of the Compromís leader.
