Former mayor of Sant Adrià de Besòs, Joan Callau, passed away this Sunday. Born in 1959, Callau joined the Sant Adrià City Council in 1995 and held various positions. In 2013, he was elected mayor with the support of his party, the PSC, and the three ICV-EUiA councilors.
