The court overturns the express immunity of the PSOE leader in Extremadura

The High Court of Justice of Extremadura has declared its "lack of objective jurisdiction" to try the leader of the PSOE in Extremadura, Miguel Ángel Gallardo, in the case of Pedro Sánchez's brother. Thus, it overturns its express capacity to avoid being tried by the ordinary courts.
