The general secretary of the Catalan PP, Juan Fernández, stated this Monday, the day of the Fiscal and Financial Policy Council, that "Catalonia needs a new, fairer financing model", but he censured the model agreed between the Spanish government and ERC, which he linked to "the purchase of seven votes".
