Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez will host a summit in Barcelona on April 17 and 18 with progressive world leaders, in conjunction with the Party of European Socialists (PES). The aim is to "coordinate responses" to "authoritarianism, the far right, and the erosion of multilateralism."
