Junqueras reproaches the Court of Auditors its "flagrant" violation of European law by not applying the amnesty

The president of ERC, Oriol Junqueras, and other former high-ranking officials indicted for the expenses of the "Procés" have accused the Court of Auditors of "openly and flagrantly" violating EU treaties and the Constitution, by considering not applying the amnesty to them after the ECJ's endorsement.
