ERC defends that Catalonia "continues pending a political response" nine years after 1-O

ERC defended this Thursday that "Catalonia continues to have a pending political response" nine years after the 1st of October 2017. In a manifesto on the occasion of the referendum's anniversary, it has claimed the "historical heritage" of that day and reiterated that the amnesty is "not an end".
