ERC admits that the law against speculative buying has things they don't like

The spokesperson for ERC, Ester Capella, has confirmed that her group will support the commons' law against speculative housing purchases. "We will be on the side of those initiatives that allow the guarantee of the right to housing," stated the spokesperson.
