Borràs calls on the independence movement to overcome ten years of "stalemate" and leave behind reproaches

The former president of the Parliament, Laura Borràs, asked this Monday in a conference at the Catalan Summer University that the independence movement leave divisions behind and overcome a decade of "stagnation" to open a new phase marked by "national intelligence".
