Allowing 16s to vote: The Ministry of Youth and Children reopens the debate

The debate on lowering the voting age to 16 has been raised repeatedly in Congress, at the suggestion of ERC and Sumar. Now it's the Ministry of Youth and Children, led by Sira Rego (IU), who is opening the door by putting forward the proposal in a draft bill that it hopes to pass before the summer.
