Albares admits the "needs" of the Spanish foreign service but defends the ministry's "efforts"

The Minister of Foreign Affairs, José Manuel Albares, has admitted the "needs" of the Spanish foreign service after ARA revealed a "collapse" in the network of embassies and consulates. He acknowledged on RAC 1 that a "very big transformation of the service" is needed, but defended the ministry's "efforts".
