Acciona is considering filing a claim in the Cerdán case and is ruling out any signs of wrongdoing.

Acciona is opening the door to appearing as a company affected by the Cerdán case of alleged corruption within the PSOE (Spanish Socialist Workers' Party), after it appeared in the UCO report on the scheme in which it allegedly received benefits in exchange for illegal kickbacks. It also ruled out any evidence of wrongdoing.
