The Spanish justice asks for hydration breaks

The Constitutional Court will begin to reconsider the amnesty in two months, on September 22, because really, what are sixty days in the life of a person who has been waiting for justice, exiled or disqualified, for almost nine years? It won't matter anymore.

For its part (and never more aptly said), the Court of Auditors has opened a ten-day period for the parties (among them, Societat Civil Catalana) to present allegations and to demonstrate, or not, that European funds were indeed spent on October 1st, because it seems that almost a decade is not enough time to be sure. And, besides, what will Luxembourg know about whether the Union's economic interests were affected?

And nothing is known about the National Court and the application of the amnesty to the CDRs, as if it were Sisa's fifth heaven, and that is why the defense teams have had to remind the court that the CJEU has already answered the question that the National Court specifically asked it regarding the application of the amnesty to those accused of terrorism.

The Spanish justice system has requested a hydration break, as August is coming and it is too hot to consider the European ruling, and then it will request a review at VAR, where the offside lines have already been drawn that will demonstrate that the amnesty is offside, no matter how you look at it. It was a given that it would disown the "normalization" proclaimed by the amnesty law, even if it meant ignoring Congress, the Constitutional Court, and the Court of Justice of the European Union.
