As expected, the parties have weighed the political scope of the scandal involving the minor who was raped and sexually exploited while under the care of the Generalitat (Catalan Government). It's also likely that the din that is brewing from now on will quickly fade away from any concern for the victims, whether in this specific case or in the many other cases that have undoubtedly occurred over the years.
