Thousands of people left without electricity in Odessa due to Russian attack

Thousands of homes have been left without electricity in Odessa, southern Ukraine, due to the first Russian attack after the Suspension of US aid to Ukraine.

At least four people were injured in the attack and several boilers, among other electrical infrastructure, were damaged.
