BarcelonaJA Bayona and his twin brother, DJ Carlos Bayona, just turned 50 and celebrated this milestone with a huge party at the Casa Seat over the weekend. It was a 70s-inspired themed celebration, and all the guests, both famous and non-famous, followed the dress code decided by the hosts: costumes and looks inspired by that decade.

"Thank you to everyone who joined us yesterday for our birthday celebration. Especially my family and so many friends. It will be a day that Carlos Bayona and I will remember for the rest of our lives," said the director in an Instagram post. For his part, the DJ said: "From Jordan to the slam dunk contest, there's no better 50th birthday than yesterday's. Thank you all for joining us on this amazing journey, both those who were there and those who couldn't. Let's see how we can top this at 100!"

Among the attendees at the evening was Samantha Villar, dressed as the protagonist of A Clockwork Orange; Lorena Castell, with a look disc; Marc Giró, who did not abandon the elegant suit jacket that characterizes him, and Jordi CubinoAlso present was actress and director Leticia Dolera, dressed as a 1970s feminist activist with a sign that read "I am an adulteress too," a reference to the 1976 demonstration in Barcelona in support of María Ángeles Muñoz, a woman accused of adultery by her husband. All the guests thanked both hosts for the party on social media. "It was so fun and beautiful! Thanks to you," said Dolera. One of the highlights of the night was a surprise performance by Estopa.

On the day of the anniversary, Bayona was waxing nostalgic on social media, sharing a photo of himself and his twin brother as children and another as adults on Instagram. "I've been sharing my life with that person for 50 years and nine months. When I get hit, it doesn't hurt him. Nor the other way around. But it's true that I have a bond with him that I can't put into words. I love you so much, brother," read the message that accompanied the photos.

The two brothers closed out their birthday weekend watching Barça win at Real Madrid and Travis Scott become another Barça fan, as they posted on Instagram.
