Barcelona is the most expensive city in the State to share a flat, according to a report by the portal Pisos.com, which places the average price of a room in the Catalan capital at 442.4 €/month, before San Sebastian (425.02 €/month) and Madrid (414.36 €/month). The average cost is 267.79 €/month.
