Barcelona The ARA offers you several plans across the country for this weekend.

1.

New Year's Eve Chimes

Maria Cristina Avenue, Barcelona. Night of December 31st to January 1st

To say goodbye to 2025 and welcome 2026, the fireworks, light, and music show for eating grapes on Maria Cristina Avenue in Barcelona has become a tradition. The soundtrack is by Barcelona musician Marc Parrot And the French company Groupe F, which produces the show, is preparing a drone show for this occasion. It will run from 11:50 p.m. to 12:15 a.m.

Three Kings Fair on Gran Vía

Barcelona. Until January 5th

The Three Kings Fair on Barcelona's Gran Via will remain open until January 5th. Between Muntaner and Urgell streets, you'll find, as always, toy stalls for children. Traditional products will be available between Urgell and Calabria streets, and handcrafted items between Calabria and Rocafort streets. And, of course, the churro stands and food stalls will also be open. Until Three Kings' Day – January 5th, when the fair stays open until 3 a.m. – you can visit every day between 10 a.m. and 9 p.m. (or until 10 p.m. on Saturdays and the eve of public holidays).

Christmas Fair

Barcelona's Old Port. Until January 6th

The Christmas Fair at Barcelona's Muelle de la Madera, Muelle de les Drassanes, and Portal de la Pau remains open until Three Kings' Day, featuring Catalonia's tallest Ferris wheel and a diverse range of entertainment for the whole family. Stalls selling local products and offering a variety of food complete the fair, which has been open for several weeks and is now entering its final days.

Christmas Artisans and Brocanters Fair

Vic. Until January 4th

A new edition of this Christmas Artisans and Antiques Fair arrives as part of the Christmas festivities in Vic, with more than thirty exhibitors selling handcrafted items. A wide variety of products can be found, including incense and candles, clothing and accessories, paintings, puppets, jewelry, glass, wooden items, leather goods, and ceramics, among others.

Exhibition of caganers

Casa de los Entremeses, Barcelona. Until January 15th

With over 1,400 different figurines of this endearing character from Catalan nativity scenes, the Casa dels Entremesos popular culture center offers a rather unique exhibition. It was the collection of lawyer Xabier Añoveros Trias de Bes, who passed away last year, and can now be visited free of charge at this center. It's called Look who's pooping!.

Christmas Circus

Girona. Until January 4th

This is the 10th edition of the Girona Christmas Grand Circus, which this time presents Peter Pan on IceA brand-new show featuring 31 international artists and a live orchestra. Produced by Circus Arts Foundation, the company behind the Elefante de Oro International Circus Festival. Flying trapeze acts, aerial silks performers, feats of strength and balance, America's best clown, contortionists, and high-speed jugglers make up this production created exclusively for Girona. A high-quality show with various ticket options.

7.

Christmas Park

Silos. Until January 5th

The Christmas Park is designed for young children, with inflatables, workshops, shows, crafts, games, and much more, organized by the Sitges Town Hall. It costs €4 for the morning or afternoon only, and €5 for the whole day.
