Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has carried out a "profound reform" of his government "to make Ukraine more resilient." Among other changes, he has appointed a new defense minister: the current deputy prime minister, 34-year-old Mykhailo Fedorov, who was previously responsible for digital transformation.
