A technical problem at the control center has paralyzed Heathrow Airport for half an hour.

A technical problem at the British air traffic control center has grounded all planes at London's Heathrow, Gatwick, and London City airports, and also affected Edinburgh Airport. The problem was resolved thirty minutes later, but the situation is still not back to normal.
