A Russian attack causes at least twelve deaths in Kyiv

At least twelve people have died in a new large-scale Russian attack on the capital of Ukraine and its surroundings, and more than 30 have been injured. The explosions began after midnight and have caused damage to all kinds of buildings, including a medical center and an educational center.
