A new massive Russian attack leaves parts of Kyiv without heat or electricity once again.

Russia again attacked Ukraine's energy system with missiles and drones, leaving parts of the capital without heat, electricity, and water. Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko said 5,635 apartment blocks were left without heating, with outside temperatures reaching -13 degrees Celsius.
