Lecornu approves the French budget through the controversial Article 49.3 and faces a vote of no confidence

Three months after rejecting the idea, this Tuesday Sébastien Lecornu approved the French budget using a constitutional tool – the famous article 49.3 – which saves him from having to submit the accounts to a vote in the National Assembly.
