Iran lifts blackout and allows internet access to merchants for 20 minutes a day

Iranian merchants will be allowed to connect to the internet for 20 minutes a day under the supervision of authorities. This is the only concession the ayatollahs' regime is willing to make after seventeen days of keeping Iran completely cut off from the internet.
