Teatro Kitchen restaurant, owned by chef Oliver Peña and boasting a Michelin star, is closing.

Teatro Kitchen revolutionized Catalan gastronomy by offering a creative menu designed to be eaten with just two fingers. In fact, the restaurant, run by Oliver Peña, earned its first Michelin star in just two years. Chef Paolo Casagrande, who will be in charge of the culinary direction of its successor, says that the new restaurant, which will belong to the Orobianco group, will offer a tasting menu as well as other options.
