Valencia creates a rental agency that will guarantee payment to landlords if they reduce the price by 20%

The Valencia City Council has launched a rental agency to bring to market the 8,000 empty homes in the city. The administration will guarantee rent collection for landlords and will handle the management in exchange for the apartments being offered at 20% below market price.
