The Supreme Court overturns the Government's density regulations for pig farms

The Supreme Court has annulled the regulations approved in 2023 by the Generalitat that modified the density in pig farms by "increasing the minimum space for weaned piglets and production pigs raised in groups", reported the agricultural union JARC, which had taken the regulation to court.
