The Yum! Brands group sells the Pizza Hut chain for €2.3 billion

The American group Yum! Brands, owner of fast-food chains like Taco Bell or KFC, has agreed to sell Pizza Hut for $2.7 billion (2.327 billion euros at the current exchange rate) through two operations. Both are expected to close in the third quarter of this year.
