The Government increases subsidies to €64.6 million for those who buy apartments to create social housing

The Catalan Housing Agency (AHC) has increased to 64.6 million euros the budget allocated to subsidize the discount of part of the interest in municipalities, public developers, third sector entities or social promoters that have acquired apartments to put them into social rental.
