Schneider Electric will buy PTC for 20.1 billion

Schneider Electric has reached an agreement to acquire the American industrial software firm PTC in exchange for 22.6 billion dollars (20.1 billion euros), as reported by the French multinational. The company plans to pay 205 dollars per share to acquire 100% of PTC.
