Parlem calls an extraordinary general meeting for the next August 7

The board of directors of Parlem has agreed this Tuesday to convene an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on August 7. In it, a capitalization of debt of 17.5 million euros and a cash capital increase of 7.95 million will be submitted for approval.
