Nestlé replaces CEO for "inappropriate conduct"

Nestlé's board of directors has appointed Philipp Navratil as its new CEO hours after firing Laurent Freixe for violating the multinational's code of conduct, according to a company statement. Freixe was secretly having a romantic relationship with a subordinate.
