Naturgy appoints former Italian minister Enrico Letta as independent director

Naturgy has appointed Enrico Letta as an independent director at the proposal of the company's Appointments and Remunerations Committee and within the framework of the reorganization of the governing body following CVC's exit from the shareholding.
