Home sales will grow by 8% in Catalonia in 2024

The number of home sales in Catalonia reached 99,592 in 2024, 8.4% more than in the previous year, according to the INE. It is the third best year in the historical series, which dates back to 2007, after the 111,482 sales transactions during that year and the 102,637 in 2022.
