Garamendi points to unions for the "great drama" of absenteeism

The president of the Spanish employers' association CEOE, Antonio Garamendi, has pointed to unions as one of the causes of labor absenteeism. The business leader has labeled trade union organizations as "irresponsible" for the lost working days by employees.
