CriteriaCaixa has agreed to distribute a dividend of 150 million euros to its sole shareholder, the La Caixa Foundation, presided over by Isidre Fainé. This has been agreed upon by the Board of Trustees of the Banking Foundation Caixa d'Estalvis i Pensions de Barcelona, La Caixa.
