Catalonia is promoting the implementation of data centers to become the digital port of the Mediterranean.

The Catalan government will facilitate the implementation of data centers in Catalonia to attract new projects in this sector. The roadmap, which will be approved by the Executive Council this Tuesday, provides for the possibility of declaring them "strategic" projects, which will reduce processing times.
