Castellana Properties acquires half of the Splau shopping centre for €89M

Castellana Properties has acquired a 50% stake in the Splau shopping center for €89.2 million. The shopping center, located next to the RCDE Stadium, is valued at €350 million. The transaction is expected to close by the end of April.
