La Baells will receive six million in aid from the Spanish government for reversible hydraulics

The Spanish government has awarded 165 million euros in aid to seven energy storage projects using reversible water pumping. Among the financed initiatives is the hydroelectric power plant at the Baells reservoir, which will receive six million euros under the Boralmac 2 program.
