Acciona buys 80% of the North American construction company Vertical Earth

Acciona reaches an agreement to buy 80% of the American construction company Vertical Earth. The company, specialized in infrastructure and based in the state of Georgia, had revenues of 191 million in 2025 and has a workforce of about 600 employees.
