Tate Britain to return Nazi-looted painting to Belgian family

London's Tate Britain will return the painting. Aeneas and his family fleeing from burning Troy, a work by the 17th-century English painter Henry Gibbs, to the descendants of the Belgian Jewish art collector Samuel Hartveld, from whom the Nazis stole the painting during World War II.
