Catalan culture and gastronomy arrive in the U.S. with the Cultural Periphery

The cycle Cultural Periphery travels to Minnesota, in the United States, with Flavors of Catalonia, a program that combines gastronomy, music, and tradition. Chef Sergi de Meià, who heads the Periferia Cultural's culinary offering, will share the kitchen with renowned American chefs.
