Art galleries go on strike to demand a reduction in VAT

Art galleries in the state will be closed from February 2nd to 7th. The strike is in protest against "the central government's lack of response to the demand for a reduction in VAT on the sale of artworks for artists and galleries, which would put an end to the disadvantage compared to other European countries."
